Clubs

The people you sail with regularly: a shared chat, a schedule of outings and a roster.

Finding one

Clubs: all, nearby and mine

“More → Clubs”, or the tab inside “People”. Three lists: All, Nearby (by your city or home base) and Mine. The search looks at the club name, the city and the marina. A card shows the number of members, how many outings they have run and when the next one is.

Joining

“Join” sends a request — the club’s administrator reviews it. Once approved, the club chat, the roster and the schedule of its outings open up. A request can be withdrawn, and a club can be left.

Your own club

“Create a club” asks for the name, the city, the marina and a description. The creator becomes the administrator: they approve requests, schedule trainings on behalf of the club and moderate the chat.

The club chat

Each club has its own chat, shared by its members, with photos and links to passages. Notifications about requests, decisions and invitations are switched on in “More → Notifications → Clubs”.

Joining clubs and creating your own open with an activation code; browsing the list works without it.
