Consent to Data Processing

What the tick box at registration covers

Version of 8 September 2026

This is the text of the consent given with a tick box in the registration form. The box is not ticked in advance: the user ticks it. Consent is given freely, of one's own will and in one's own interest; it can be declined, and the sections that work without an account remain available.

The consent follows Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data". This is a translation for convenience; the Russian text at voone.ru/legal/consent prevails.

The data is not used for advertising, is not passed to advertisers or data brokers and is not used for decisions taken solely by automated means.

5. What actions are permitted

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is mixed — with and without automation.

6. Sharing with third parties

The consent includes instructing the following parties to process data, in the volume their task requires (Article 6(3) of Law 152-FZ):

WhoWhat is shared
REG.RU hosting provider (Russia)hosting of the server and the database
Robokassa (Russia)email address, amount and order number at payment
Email delivery providerthe address and the text of the message
Anthropic (USA)the text of a question to the assistant, a photo for "What is this?"
Apple, Google (USA)the device token and the push notification text
Open-Meteo (Germany)the coordinates of a point, without a name or identifier

Other members of the service receive only what you publish yourself.

7. Cross-border transfer

This section gives consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data to the United States of America — to Anthropic, Apple and Google — in the volume set out in section 6. It is set out separately so that you can see exactly what you are consenting to.

The USA does not provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects within the meaning of Article 12 of Law 152-FZ, so such a transfer takes place only with your consent. You can opt out by not giving the consent at all or, if the account already exists, by not using the assistant and object recognition, turning notifications off in the settings, or writing to hello@voone.ru. The rest of the service keeps working.

8. Duration and withdrawal

The consent is valid from the day the box is ticked until it is withdrawn.

Withdrawal is made by writing to hello@voone.ru with the subject "Withdrawal of consent" from the address the account is registered to, or by post to the address for correspondence. It can be sent at any time and without giving a reason.

Once the withdrawal is received, the operator stops the processing that rested on consent and destroys such data within thirty days at most. Withdrawal does not affect processing on other bases: performance of the contract and duties imposed on the operator by law, in particular keeping records of settlements.

Withdrawing consent stops the sections that need this data: messages, clubs, training events, the member map, syncing and the assistant. The account itself can be deleted in full — the procedure is described in the Account Deletion document.

9. Rights of the data subject

The rights to access your data, to have it corrected, blocked and destroyed, the way to contact the operator and the reply times are described in the privacy policy at voone.ru/legal/privacy. The operator's actions can be appealed to Roskomnadzor and in court.

10. Confirmation

By ticking the box the user confirms that:

they have read the privacy policy and this text;

the information they give about themselves is accurate;

the consent is given freely, of their own will and in their own interest;

they have been informed of the consequences of declining and of the way to withdraw the consent.
