Where to enter it
“More → Access → Enter the code”, or “I have an activation code” on the welcome screen.
1Type the code, or tap “Paste from the clipboard” if it is copied from the letter.
2There is no need for dashes — the app formats the input itself.
3Tap “Activate”.
An access code starts with `VOON`, a request-pack code with `VTOK`; then come three groups of four characters, Latin letters and digits only.
What the screen will say
Access granted — 3D lessons, “What is this?”, the radio breakdown, clubs and boat handover are open on this device.
N requests added — a pack code has added assistant requests, and the total is shown in “Access”.
This code has already been activated — it was used before: if on another account, sign in to that one.
The code did not work — check the keyboard layout and the spaces; the hint under the field says what exactly does not match: the prefix, the length or the characters.
If the code is lost
The code is in the letter it came with. If you cannot find it, write to support from “More → Support”: the letter already carries the app version and the platform, so just add the address the code was sent to.
