What the checklist looks like
At the top are the progress bar and the counter of finished items (“41 of 48”), with the base and the date beside it. Below are the sections: documents, hull and deck, engine, rigging and sails, electrics and water, galley and heads, safety. Each has its own counter.
The button at the bottom says what it does: “Continue with the documents” — it opens the first unfinished section.
Inside a section
An item has a mark circle and small labels:
important — the items that most often cost people their deposit;
photo — a shot is required, and the button opens the handover camera;
write down — a value is needed: fuel level, inspection date, meter reading;
lesson — there is a 3D breakdown nearby if it is not clear what to check.
The note for an item is one line: “gelcoat chip 12 cm”. It goes into the report together with the photo.
The transition step by step
Marks need no confirmation: the app writes “Saved” in the header and keeps the state on the device, even with no connection at all.
